Katie was a wonderful help and friend during our search for a home in Shelby.  She was very patient as our home to sell was with a contingent contract so we could not give specific time frames.  Katie did not pressure or harass us as we made this transition, but was easy to reach and kept in contact with us as needed.  Having worked with Realtors before, I mostly appreciated her balance in offering help and guidance without giving us her opinion in our decision making.  She was kind, sufficient, and diligent, without becoming overbearing or pushy in the many decisions we had to make.  When she did not know an answer she admitted that and quickly found the answer.  I would highly recommend Katie Bradley for anyone house hunting in the Cleveland County and surrounding areas.
